Have you ever moved a Piano?

By | services | No Comments
[dcs_p]Why it is essential to look for experienced piano movers?

Are you looking for affordable piano movers? Keep in mind that your piano is one of your most valuable possessions. If it is damaged while it is being moved, you may have to spend a small fortune to repair or replace it. That’s why you need to look for professional piano movers who know how to move it safely.

It is not easy to move a piano because it is very heavy and has an awkward shape. Moving can be a very stressful experience, so it may not be the best time to try to figure out how to get your piano down the stairs. If you try to move your piano yourself, you will be taking a big risk – you may damage your piano or your building. You may even injure yourself.

Your piano needs to be protected from drops, bumps, and scrapes during the move. Rapid changes in temperature can cause wood to warp, which may affect its sound, so make sure that it is not placed close to a heating duct, door, or window.

Measure your piano before you move it to make sure that it will fit in your new home. If your piano is too big to fit in your new home, you may have to make arrangements to keep it somewhere else at the last moment.

A regular moving company may not have much experience in moving pianos. It is best to make arrangements with specialist pianos movers well before moving day. An experienced two-man team will pick up and deliver your piano in an enclosed moving truck that has a soft suspension and a lift gate. [/dcs_p]

Fitz & the Tantrums "On the Rise"

By | Fits and the Trantrums, Music | No Comments

[dcs_p]Led by songwriter Michael Fitzpatrick, Fitz & the Tantrums brew up a retro sound inspired by Motown and Stax Records. Fitzpatrick initially formed the Tantrums as a neo-soul solo project, having purchased an old church organ and found that it helped inspire his songwriting. While recording a solo EP, he recruited an old college friend, James King, to add horn arrangements to the material. The lineup grew from there, with the Tantrums eventually becoming a coed septet. Songs for a Break Up, Vol. 1 marked the group’s first release in 2009, and Fitz & the Tantrums headed to South by Southwest the following year, stirring up some industry buzz in the process. In 2010, the band returned with its sophomore effort, Pickin’ Up the Pieces, featuring the single “MoneyGrabber.” ~ Andrew Leahey, Rovi

Red Fang "Prehistoric Dog"

By | Client Area, Music, Red Fang | No Comments

[dcs_p]RED FANG deals in kick-ass heavy rock. On their Chris Funk (DECEMBERISTS) produced, Vance Powell (KINGS OF LEON, WHITE STRIPES, RACONTEURS) mixed Relapse debut Murder the Mountains, the quartet wave a middle finger at fashion and bet the proverbial house on substance over style. The incredible “Wires”, “Number Thirteen”, “Hank Is Dead”, and “The Undertow” are just a few of an onslaught of highlights on this front-to-back set of great f%$king songs[/dcs_p]
